Jillian is a parent of 3 current STM students that transferred from local public schools. She believes "the investment that we are making in our children's education really feels like a bargain."

the middle school years being so difficult as they are having to deal sort out of all of that other things in addition to just finding your way Middle School was concerning for us and we also begin to feel that he just was sort of getting lost in the Middle with all the kids that were there and we just wanted a smaller environment for him so we looked it up and we decided to bring her other kids here and he needs a nurturing sort of love and somebody to push him to reach his full potential so he may try not to do his best and see and hope that the minimum is what's acceptable and the teachers not taking the time rather than just graded and get the paper back to him to say Jameson please take another look at this we know you can do better but I think that's that's fantastic I'm into my work for the teachers are graded things twice but in the end Jameson's delivering his best work product I've noticed that can having to redo his work that's been reduced over time so now he knows he needs to do his best each time but he's grown so much in that regard Jacob he's always School come very easy for him normally so he's a little bit different in that Afghan has been able to challenge him where he's come home now and said this is this is difficult this is hard and I think it's great because it's going to be really easy for him and we didn't really feel like he was learning enough and now straight and then I also have Maggie learns a little bit differently we actually just had her tested recently and found out that she had certain learning needs that need to be met differently and a stanza Tulsa meet those and one of the things that's been amazing for us is when we were meeting with the doctor to discuss her learning differences and her recommendations for Maggie a lot of the things that they recommended I see and had already like to do even though we didn't have an official diagnosis they recognized it and they started, dating things for her and she started doing better so it's been great and the grammar it's not really taught anymore from what we experienced Public Schools do to have it so structured as the class is great and then we realize once you started here exposed to the rule he's a real kind of guy once he started to understand his writing has greatly improved I mean I guess some kids are just naturally good writers and others need the rules to grow as a writer I've gotten to know a lot of parents through Cy Sports have been great all of my kids love to play basketball for the school and that's kind of its own little Community during each other's children on the auction and other events that come out throughout the school year and great ways to meet parents just trying to support each other we're also have in this together I really feel like if there's anything I need I can reach out to somebody they take care and I'll try to do their best to help so my husband was a little bit reluctant for us to send our kids to private being in Arlington they had a reputation to be one of the best public schools in the country to pay laptop lot of taxes to live here and so he felt that a public education would be fine whatever time we realized it made wasn't that's it for us and now to be honest the Investments that we're making in our children's education really feels like a bargain at this point now where before we looked at it at such a significant investment you look at other options that are out there for private school this is really a bargain and I really can't think of a better way to invest our money than in our children's education so we're really happy with it and I highly recommend it and I just give it a try
