STM Community

St. Thomas More Cathedral School is a Catholic learning community that promotes spiritual, moral and intellectual excellence. The diverse student body is representative of the local metropolitan area. We are particularly proud of the patriotism and service of our many military families.

Our responsibility to serve others is demonstrated by hosting school service projects such as our Giving Tree, St. Lucy Project and Christ House food drives, Matthew 25 Thrift Shop Coat Drive, HOPE in Northern Virginia, St. Martin de Porres Senior Center, Martha’s Table and the Lions Club. 

Our active and welcoming PTO promotes volunteerism and builds a sense of community through annual events like our School Auction, Oktoberfest, Race for Education, Trunk or Treat, Country Christmas and restaurant night fundraisers.

The dedicated Development Committee manages our alumni association and assists in efforts to provide students with a quality Catholic education at an affordable price.
