Chick-fil-A Lunch

Special Lunch Order Form

As part of our ongoing fundraising and general support of STM, the PTO is sponsoring Chick-fil-A lunches on the following Fridays in 2020: October 9, October 16, October 23, November 6, November 20, December 4, and December 11.

These lunches are only available to students through advance subscription by completing this form. Chick-fil-A lunches offer multiple options for nuggets or a sandwich. Every order will include a bag of pretzels and a fruit snack. Lunches will be delivered to your student(s) during their lunch period.

The proceeds from your Chick-fil-A subscription will benefit each teacher by supporting curriculum-driven activities in the classroom. As a fundraiser, your purchase is non-refundable and the cost of any unused meals will be considered a donation to the school.

Please complete one order form per family and make payment by Monday, October 5th, 2020.

Please note: This is a separate program from the Hot Lunch program offered by Yay Lunch. Unfortunately, late orders cannot be accommodated.
