We all need to improve our push up. Some of us still need to be able to do one and some of us need to work on form to get the most out of push up. These videos are the first set of exercises to help us reach our goal of doing great push-up. If we practice self discipline and motivation we can reach our goal by the end of May! We'll talk about this in class.

Some are great some are really hard. Do what you feel that day. You'll have an eesy peassy finished contract in now time at all. These are to use all trimester 3. Let's have fun and get loose for our work out. This one is tricky, but fun. I watched it a couple of times before I got up and tried it. OMG so much fun!
