Meet Mrs. Rugani
I am Kathleen Rugani, I am a military spouse and mom of four. After working as a journalist and in government affairs, I realized being in the classroom is where I truly belong. Coming from teaching second grade in Fairfax County, I am excited to bring my love of social studies (and science) to the students of STM!
