Meet Mrs. Rosa (Rosie) Andrade

My name is Rosa Andrade, and I am proud to teach Pre-K at St. Thomas More Cathedral School! This year marks my fifth year at STM and my 22nd year in education. Throughout my teaching career, I have had the privilege of working with young children and watching them grow, learn, and develop their own unique personalities.

With 22 years of experience in education, I have learned that every child learns and grows in their own special way. I strive to create a classroom environment where each child feels loved, supported, and excited to learn. One of my favorite parts of teaching Pre-K is watching students become more confident and independent as they discover new things each day.

Throughout my years in education, I have also been blessed with my three best friends—my two daughters, Andrea and Marcela, and, of course, our dog, Cookie! They are my greatest joys and have taught me so much about patience, love, and the importance of creating a nurturing environment for children.

I am grateful to be part of the St. Thomas More community and look forward to another wonderful year of learning, growing, and making special memories with our students and families!
