Building Confident Learners Through Faith, Discovery, and Play
Kindergarten at St. Thomas More Cathedral School provides a joyful transition from early childhood into elementary school. Our balanced approach combines purposeful play with strong academic instruction, allowing students to grow spiritually, socially, emotionally, and intellectually while developing a lifelong love of learning. Following the Curriculum Guidelines of the Diocese of Arlington Catholic Schools, our Kindergarten program nurtures the whole child through engaging lessons, differentiated instruction, and meaningful faith experiences.

By the end of Kindergarten, students have developed a strong academic foundation, deepened their Catholic faith, built meaningful friendships, and gained the confidence and independence needed for success in first grade.
