Ordering Lunch

Create a free My Hot Lunchbox account.
Add a profile for each student.
Place, edit, or cancel orders by 12:00 p.m. (noon) the day before delivery.
The My Hot Lunchbox app is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play.

My Hot Lunchbox FAQs

How do I view the lunch menu?

After creating your free My Hot Lunchbox account, log in and select your student's profile. Use the Lunch Calendar to view daily menu options, place orders, and see upcoming meal selections. You can also review pending and completed orders under the My Cart tab.

When is the ordering deadline?

Lunch orders can be added, changed, or canceled until 12:00 p.m. (noon) the day before delivery.

How do I place a lunch order?

Log in to your My Hot Lunchbox account.
Select your student's profile.
Open the Lunch Calendar and choose the date you'd like to order.
Select your meal(s) and click Add to Order.
Continue ordering for additional dates or proceed to My Cart to complete checkout.

Helpful Tip: If your child orders the same lunch each week, use the Repeat option to automatically schedule recurring orders. You can also activate the Subscription feature to process recurring orders with weekly billing.

Is there a mobile app?

Yes! The My Hot Lunchbox app is available for both Apple App Store and Google Play, making it easy to order and manage lunches from your mobile device.

Chick-fil-A Lunch - PTO Sponsored Fundraiser

In partnership with the STM PTO, we offer Chick-fil-A Lunch on select Fridays throughout the first part of the school year as a special fundraiser benefiting our classrooms. Proceeds from the Chick-fil-A Lunch program directly support our teachers by funding curriculum-based classroom activities, educational resources, and special projects.

Fall 2026 Chick-fil-A Lunch Dates

Chick-fil-A Lunch will be offered on the following Fridays:

September: 4, 11, 18, 25
October: 2, 16, 30
November: 6, 13, 20
December: 4, 11

Sign-Up Information & Deadline

Chick-fil-A Lunch is available to students by advance subscription only. The Chick-fil-A Lunch subscription form will be available until August 30, 2026, at 8:00 p.m. ET. Please be sure to complete your subscription by the deadline, as late orders cannot be accommodated. Families may purchase lunches through the sign-up, with pricing and subscription information included in the Incidentals Order Form. All charges will come through FACTS.

Please Note

Students may choose from 8-piece chicken nuggets or a chicken sandwich.
Each meal includes a bag of snacks (Pretzels or Goldfish) and a fruit-flavored gummy snack.
Lunches will be delivered directly to students during their scheduled lunch period.
This fundraiser is separate from the school's regular My Hot Lunch Box program.
Because this is a fundraising program, all purchases are non-refundable. The cost of any unused meals will be considered a donation to St. Thomas More Cathedral School.

Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteering during lunch is also a wonderful way for parents to fulfill PTO volunteer hours. Volunteers help serve lunch and assist students during their lunch period. All on-campus volunteers must be fully compliant in accordance with the Diocese of Arlington.

Proceeds from this program directly support our teachers by funding curriculum-based classroom activities, educational resources, and special projects.

Sign-Up Information & Deadline

This is available to students by advance subscription only. Please be sure to complete your subscription by the deadline (TBD), as late orders cannot be accommodated. Families may purchase lunches through the sign-up, with pricing and subscription information included in the Incidentals Order Form. All charges will come through FACTS.

Students can choose one or two slices of pizza.
These lunches are delivered directly to students during their scheduled lunch period.
