High School Info Night: 2 Oct (Thr) & Open Houses

STM will host a virtual High School Info Night for 8th grade families on 2 Oct (Thr) at 7pm. A link will be sent via 8th grade teachers. This brief will be focused on the application process - not how the schools are different. To learn about the individual schools, 6th - 8th grade families are encouraged to attend one of their open houses. The High School Placement Test (HSPT) is 4 Dec (Thr) and application deadline for the four Diocesan schools is 15 Dec (Mon). This deadline is earlier this year, so we will have to be proactive. Diocesan high schools will visit 8th grade classes to talk about their schools and encourage students to tour or “shadow”. (Although early, 7th Graders may want to get a HSPT-prep book mid-school year.) Below are open house dates, links to apply or shadow, etc.
