Job Opening: 1st Grade Instructional Aide

STM is seeking an Instructional Assistant (IA) to assist 1st grade teachers for the 2025-2026 school year. This is an hourly, full-time (40 hours) position, 7:30am-3:30pm, Mon-Fri. The IA will support and assist teachers in classroom preparation, execution of daily lessons, and classroom management. Duties include working with students in small groups, supervising students, and monitoring outside recess. Ideal candidates would be practicing Catholics with a devotion for education and working with children.
