Recognizing your Strengths
Research in positive psychology has shown us that people who know their strengths and use them frequently tend to feel happier, have better self-esteem, and are more likely to accomplish their goals. However, many people have a hard time identifying their strengths. They see them as ordinary, even when they are not. For those who struggle to recognize their strengths, strength-spotting can be an effective treatment technique. Learning to use strengths is something anyone can achieve.
