WANTED: STM Auction Volunteers
Do you need more volunteer hours? Want to support STM’s amazing teachers and staff? We are looking for day-of volunteers to help support STM’s biggest fundraiser – the STM Auction – on April 1st!
Volunteer roles include:
- Set Up and Clean Up
- Registration/Check-In
- Photographer
- Check-Out
- Runner
- Bid Recorder
Stock The Cellar Update
Thank you to all of the parents who have contributed so far for one of STM auction’s most awesome item: stock the cellar!
For anyone unfamiliar, the STC Auction item consists of donated, new bottles of alcoholic beverages. Bring in your favorite spirit (tequila, vodka, rum, etc), bottle of wine, and even beer to be auctioned off at the April 1 Rocking Rewind Event. This is a great opportunity to get your hours in with $15 = one hour of volunteer time.
Drop off opportunities: STM front office (anytime they’re open), with Ms. Page at extended day, first pick up every Thursday, private residence in Arlington Ridge area & Ballston area. Email [email protected] with any questions or to organize a pick up not listed here.
