A Royal Rewind Auction Spotlight

Maybe you'll be the lucky one this year who gets to take home the entirety of the collection!  Last year, the winner took home over $5,000!  Get them before early bird pricing expires on March 8!

Stock The Cellar Update 
Thank you to all of the parents who have contributed so far for one of STM auction’s most awesome item: stock them cellar!
 
For anyone unfamiliar, the STC Auction item consists of donated, new bottles of alcoholic beverages. Bring in your favorite spirit (tequila, vodka, rum, etc), bottle of wine, and even beer to be auctioned off at the April 1 Rocking Rewind Event. This is a great opportunity to get your hours in with $15 = one hour of volunteer time. 
 
Drop off opportunities: STM front office (anytime they’re open), with Ms. Page at extended day, first pick up every Thursday, private residence in Arlington Ridge area & Ballston area. Email [email protected] with any questions or to organize a pick up not listed here. 
 
 

Host a "Sign Up" Party and Raise some $ for STM! 

Looking for a fun way to contribute to the auction? Get a group of friends together and host a party - be creative! You choose the place/date and all the details; the maximum number of attendees; who can attend; and the price per attendee. Costs incurred for parties are taken on by the host(s). Then, at the Auction, people buy a spot (or 2) to attend and the proceeds go to STM. 

Ideas include: 

  • Ladies’ Wine Night
  • 1st grade Parent BBQ
  • 3rd grade Nerf battle
  • Luau Party
  • Game/Trivia Night

Can’t think of anything creative? We’ve got a whole list of ideas – we just need people to host them! STM parents have thrown quite some parties over the years, and it's a great way to meet new people!

Donation Pick Up Help 

Donations for the auction have been rolling in but some need to be picked up from local businesses.  If you would be willing to be “on call” to help pick up donations (and get volunteer hours in the process), please email [email protected].
