Hello STM Families,
We are excited to announce that when students return to school after Thanksgiving break, on November 28th, we will no longer be using the Procare app. This means that this check-out system will no longer be used and we will move back to our pre-COVID check-out procedure of paper and pencil. The steps are as follows:
- Ring the Door 13 buzzer and enter through the left door.
- Meet Mrs. Page and/or an Extended Day employee at the check-out desk near the bottom of the stairs.
- On the check-out sheet, sign next to your child(ren)’s name to release them to your care.
* Please allow yourself an extra few minutes to account for the routine of walking into the building and waiting for other parent signatures. If you get to the desk and the time is within the next hour, you will be charged in FACTS according to that time frame.
In addition, we ask that all families fill out the Permission of Emergency Care form. This form is a license requirement and will come home in your child/ren’s folder. Please make sure to add two non-parent emergency authorized pick ups.
