As our new school year starts, we are really looking forward to a return to normal. One very important step in helping us return to normal is fuller participation in the Mass. To that end, St. Thomas More will begin training young men in grades 3 through 8 to serve as Altar Servers and young ladies in grades 6 through 8 to serve as Sacristans/Lectors.
Once qualified, these students will serve at Friday Masses, periodic noon and Holy Day Masses, and at funerals.
A mandatory information and training session for these great responsibilities will be held on Monday, November 14, at the Cathedral.
