Trunk or Treat

We are excited to present the third annual PTO-sponsored “Trunk or Treat” event on October 28th!  This year's event will begin at 5 pm and run through 7:30 pm in the STM parking Lot.

 

Cars can begin parking at 4:45 pm and must be inside by 4:55 pm at which time the gates will close to vehicle traffic. The gates will remain closed and cars will not be able to exit until 7:30 pm.  Available parking allows for up to 90 reserved car spots and 300 walk-in tickets. Cars are limited to bringing in the number of people who can safely fit inside the vehicle; limit of one occupant per seat and seat belt. All participants 2 and older not part of a car reservation must purchase a walk-in ticket; walk-in tickets are not required for those under the age of 2.

If you purchase car admission, you will be in a designated “Trunk” parking spot. This means students will be coming to your car for “Treats”. Please bring individually-wrapped candy or other trinkets to hand out. We encourage parents to drop the candy in each child’s Halloween bag, rather than the children picking out their candy. For planning purposes, expect roughly 400 "Trunk or Treaters". Families are encouraged to decorate their trunks in spooky or fun themes - there will be prizes for Best Decorated Car and Best Family Costume.

There will be a Rocklands BBQ food truck (preorder will be available) and Captain Cookie & the Milkman food truck for a post-dinner treat. We will also have caricature artists, balloon artists, a bouncy house maze, 50/50 raffle and best costume and "Trunk" prizes.

Car reservations are $15 per car, which includes a $5 food coupon redeemable at the Captain Cookie food truck. Walk-In tickets are $5 each 

Only STM families who reserve their admission, either with a car space or as walk-ins, in advance and via this form will be allowed to participate in this event. 

STM Teachers/Staff admitted FREE, BUT you still need to register while space is available

This fundraising event will be held rain or shine.
