Clinic Communications

You've probably noticed those Magnus notes started today! Students with asthma, food allergies, epilepsy, and diabetes will need forms signed by their various specialists. Likewise, students entering Pre K, students entering K (even if they attended Pre K here), and students who are enrolling in STM for the first time will need Commonwealth School Entrance Form (this is available on our website, and if you see a pediatrician in Virginia they will also have blank copies at the clinic). Students who are entering 7th grade will need to make sure there are vaccination records on file that reflect they have had the TDAP booster and their first meningitis vaccine. HPV and Covid vaccines/boosters remain optional.

End of Year Medication Pick Up
If you have emergency medications at school, please make plans to pick them up on Wednesday June 8th, between dismissal (11:30) and the end of the Hot Dog Bash (5:30pm). If you do not pick them up Wednesday, they can be picked up on Thursday or Friday from the front office. All remaining medications, including spacers, will be disposed of after Friday, June 10th.
