The STM PTO is excited to announce that our tradition of Pizza Lunch Fridays will return again in January 2022. This year's fundraiser will continue to look a little different than in the past. We have once again partnered with Old Dominion Pizza, a locally owned business, to provide pre-packaged servings. Students have the option of ordering 1 or 2 slices of pizza and each student will receive a bag of pretzels and fruit snacks with their pizza order. Students will be responsible for their own drink.
There will be a total of 14 pizza lunch Fridays this year. These lunches are only available to students who have ordered and paid in advance through this form. Prices are $100 for a 1 slice order and $120 for a 2 slice order.

Proceeds from the PTO pizza lunch fundraiser support school, classroom, and PTO activities. As a fundraiser, your purchase is non-refundable and the cost of any unused meals will be considered a donation to the school.
Please complete one order form per family and make payment by December 16th, 2021. Thank you for your support of STM!
