I have worked with young children for over 20 years. I started teaching at a Christian curriculum-based National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) early child child care center in the District of Columbia in the mid 1990's. From then; I continued to further my formal and informal classroom training as well as my college education. I trained under nationally recognized leaders of early education, as well as master degreed elementary school educators. I now hold a BA in Human Relations and an associates degree in the Science of Early Education. I am working towards a master's degree in the field of education soon.
Finally, it is a great pleasure to teach your young children. I know that this will be an exciting and adventurous year as we make our learning exploration and journey together.
