10 Things You Must Know About Our 2012 Auction!

1. Be a part of the action! The auction is essentially a fun party which raises money to support YOUR childrens' education.
2. Showtime is Saturday, March 24, 2012 in Burke Hall (the Cathedral basement) at 6:30 p.m.
3. Our theme is "Opening Night on Broadway" and it's going to be a show-stopper!!
4. It's a great opportunity to spend some kid-free time with other parents, faculty members and administrators.
5. There are so many fantastic things to bid on this year! Check out our Facebook page [St. Thomas More PTO Spring Auction] to get a look at some of the things we've had donated so far, but here are a few of our favorites:

6. The show MUST go on but with your donation, we could really wow the critics! One STM Mother Chef is donating home cooked meals! Please fill it out and fax, mail or turn in to the STM front office by February 17th.
7. There are some great raffles to win!

• • Have you turned in your TUITION RAFFLE FORM and payment already?? Don't hesitate...you could be the lucky winner of a FULL year's tuition for 2012-2013! But, we can't fund the full amount unless you turn in your raffle ticket form right away! See attached for another copy of the form.
  • The "Best of Live" raffle winner gets to choose ANY of the live auction items for themselves before the general bidding begins!
  • Like wine? We are selling tickets for an Instant Wine Cellar.
  • The 52 Card Draw raffle gives you the opportunity to win an iPad2.

8. Join the Cast! We need lots of help in the days leading up to the event and at the auction itself. Take your Star Turn setting up or show your talent as a silent auction "judge," or a bid-sheet runner when the silent auction sections close and we need to report the winning bidders. Be a Prop Designer; come and stage our fantastic donations for display! Any time that you're willing to volunteer would be helpful and counts toward those necessary volunteer hours!!
9. You could advertise your business in the auction catalog!
10. Be a Producer! Funds raised at this year's auction will be earmarked for tuition assistance, technology advancement (we still need new computers in every classroom) and facility improvements!
