Ina Loughlin has joined the Saint Thomas More faculty this year after moving to the area from Yuma, Arizona.  While in Arizona, Ms. Loughlin taught math and science at both the middle and high school levels.  Her experience included teaching at her parish grammar school as well as teaching within the juvenile correctional system.

Prior to her teaching career, Ms. Loughlin served as on active duty as an officer in the Marine Corps.  She still remains in the Marine Corps reserves and has been recalled to active duty during the past several summers.

Ms. Loughlin holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the U. S. Naval Academy and a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Phoenix.   She and her husband, Pete, have two children; a daughter Sarah who lives in Salt Lake City, Utah, and a son, Thomas, currently serving in the United States Marine Corps.
