Registration for Current Families 2012 - 2013

Registration for current families begins on October 17, 2011. The fee for re-registration is $250.00 per family. Please use the attached form to complete the registration process. Looking ahead to next year, plans have been made to have 2 pre-kindergarten classes, 3 kindergarten classes, 3 first grade classes, 2 second through fifth grades classes and one class of sixth grade with two sections and one each of seventh and eighth grade. If you do intend on returning next year, we ask you to register your child now so that we can best plan for the 2012 -2013.

Registration for New Families 2012 - 2013

Acceptance to the St. Thomas More Cathedral School is based on the receipt of the following documents. If you are a new family a conference with the principal will be arranged to confirm acceptance.

Acceptable Documents

• Original Birth Certificate or Passport
• Baptismal Certificate for Catholic Students
• Proof of registration in a Catholic Parish (Catholics only)
• Proof of adequate immunization and physical examinations as required by the Code of Virginia must be submitted by August Students will not be allowed to start a school without a completed form.
• Copy of child's current report card and achievement tests for transfer students (does not pertain to Kindergarten children).
• Proof of custody documents, if applicable
