An Open Letter to Prospective Parents from the Principal

Acceptance to the St. Thomas More Cathedral School is based on the receipt of the following documents. If you are a new family a conference with the principal will be arranged to confirm acceptance.

• Original Birth Certificate or Passport
• Baptismal Certificate for Catholic Students
• Proof of registration in a Catholic Parish (Catholics only)
• Child's Social Security Number
• Proof of adequate immunization and physical examinations as required by the Code of Virginia must be submitted by August 1. Students will not be allowed to start school without a completed form.
• Copy of child's current report card and achievement tests for transfer students (does not pertain to Kindergarten children).
• Proof of custody documents, if applicable

Tuition and fees may be paid in full to St. Thomas More Cathedral School or through 11 monthly payments to FACTS Tuition Management.

St. Thomas More Cathedral School is committed to making our school available to families. Tuition Grants are available to help families meet the tuition schedule. Applications for the program can be accessed through the FACTS website or by contacting the school office at 703-528-6781.

Books & Materials $200.00 per child K-8.
PTO Fee $20.00 per family
