STM’s annual spring auction is a major fundraiser for our school. We need your help to make this year’s event a SUCCESS. There are many volunteer opportunities of varying talents and time commitments (before, during, and after the auction). Please review the list below and consider volunteering to assist with this year’s auction.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

• Advertising/Marketing (flyers, posters, bulletin write ups, email blasts, web page, on-line advertising, solicit sponsors
• Procurement Letters
• Thank You Letters
• Food Committee
• Decorations Committee (decorations, floor plan/layout)
• Classroom Project Coordinator
• Room Parent Liaison
• Invitations/RSVPs
• Bulk Mailings (invitations, solicitation letters, thank you letters)
• Silent Auction Coordinator (organize donations, display/layout)
• Live Auction Coordinator (display/layout, assist auctioneer)
• Raffle Coordinator (tuition raffle (ticket sales, advertising before & during the auction, auction night raffles)
• Catalog (formatting, editing, printing)
• Check-In/Check-Out
• Set-up/Clean-up
• Bid Processing (entering winning bids on auction night)
• Data Entry (enter data into auction software)
• Procurement (solicit donations from shopping centers, friend & family businesses, etc)
• Donation Pick Up
• STM Alumni Liaison
• STM Parishioner Liaison
• Basket Packaging/Assembly
